Dzen Realty, an established real estate firm in New England, needed to update its branding and web presence to appeal to a younger clientele and to stand out in a highly-saturated market. 
Building on elements of the existing brand, I developed a color palette, web/ui design  and brand guidelines that honored and incorporated aspects of Dzen's traditional look while leaning heavily on more contemporary user interface trends.
The introduction of illustrative, flat-color and mobile-centric elements into the brand's market presence created a fresher look which successfully contributed to the growth of Dzen's impact. And I used these same brand elements to develop an OOH advertising campaign which successfully drew in Dzen's target audience.
